The EPI-HERO Foundation was established in order to prevent social exclusion of people suffering from epilepsy, break stereotypes related to epilepsy, share knowledge about epilepsy and strive to eliminate social barriers resulting from ignorance.

The founder of the EPI-HERO Foundation is Anna Alicja Lisowska, the creator of the Facebook page “Co Te Padaki Robią?”, who since 2018 strives to change the way people think about epilepsy as a disease that rules out the chances of a normal life.
